I’ve lost 8 pounds. AND I lost a lot of inches! Like an inch or two EVERYWHERE! I’m maintaining that loss and I’m definitely not eating as strict as I was in the beginning. "I was feeling so insecure and sheltered with my body because of pain and injuries. I went from not really understanding where I was weak and why, to understanding the areas of my body that truly are my foundation and understanding how to not only warm them up and work them out, but then taking that and applying it to my rehearsal setting where I’ve used a lot of that in my warm ups to go into rehearsals which makes me feel stronger in my rehearsals and my work which then makes my worker better because I’m altogether more confident When I started I had zero upper body strength. I remember doing push ups on a deep incline and now I’m on the floor! I can show up for myself 3 times a week for a 40-45min including warmup shindig and still see results. I didn’t think that’s what exercise was. I thought I needed someone to be tough on me because I’m really tough on me. and I have learned what I need sometimes is someone to be loving and understanding and encouraging. It’s nice to work with somebody who approaches what they do with passion and love and encouragement and not necessarily with the whip. What I think is great about you is you are discerning and can tell what is helpful in certain moments and other moments I see what someone is going through and I see that I just need to be encouraging. "Do not be hesitant to try online coaching, especially if you’re intimidated by the gym. I worked out from home and Erica made it as comfortable as possible. Erica helped me and supported me every step of the way. She loves what she does and it’s so evident in her work. Erica has her online coaching business running smoothly. The process is pretty simple with a chat feature, workout schedule (with videos) and uploading videos and getting video feedback from her was also such a big help (that’s what sold me). Erica is your strength and nutrition coach on a mission to make fitness a source of inspiration and self care that will elevate the rest of your life and open your eyes to your REAL potential.

She holds her certifications in both Personal Training & Nutrition Coaching as well as a BFA in Musical Theatre with a double minor in Dance & Psychology. Her unique skill set and experience shape her creative approach and particular emphasis on behavior change, and the psychology behind it.

She first found her great love for coaching by seeking fitness solutions to finally get the "perfect body" that she thought (at the time) would bring her success as a performer. Through all of the body image struggles, restrictive diets, extreme workout programs, and fluctuations of her body, she eventually learned first hand the importance of combining strength training and nutrition with mindset and personal development coaching.

Now, with over 8 years of experience coaching strength and nutrition, she facilitates happy, long lasting lifestyle changes to rock your world and allow you to achieve your best body without deprivation or misery.

Erica will teach you to get next level results by building your body up, not beating it down. Her effective & efficient approach will allow you to find joy and power in how you train and fuel your body for life, with results to match.
