She holds her certifications in both Personal Training & Nutrition Coaching as well as a BFA in Musical Theatre with a double minor in Dance & Psychology. Her unique skill set and experience shape her creative approach and particular emphasis on behavior change, and the psychology behind it.
She first found her great love for coaching by seeking fitness solutions to finally get the perfect body that she thought would bring her success as a performer. Through all of the body image struggles, restrictive diets, extreme workout programs, and fluctuations of her body, she eventually learned first hand the importance of strength training, nutrition coaching, and behavior focused coaching.
Now, with over 8 years of experience coaching strength and nutrition, she facilitates happy, long lasting lifestyle changes to rock your world and allow you to achieve your best body without deprivation or misery.
